General Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Infinite Vagabonds LLC! These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our small-group tours. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • The deposit amount and due dates for final payments vary by tour and will be specified at the time of booking.

  • Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.​

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue offering exceptional small-group tours.

Cancellations by You (the Customer)

If you need to cancel your tour reservation, the following refund schedule applies:

  • More than 75 days before departure → Full refund of all payments, including the deposit.

  • 75–31 days before departure → 50% refund of the total tour price.

  • 30 days or less before departure → No refund (100% charge).

  • Deposit Policy: The deposit is fully refundable if canceled more than 75 days before departure.

  • Final Payment Deadline: Full payment is due by the specified deadline for your tour.

Cancellations by Infinite Vagabonds

If we must cancel a tour due to low enrollment, unforeseen circumstances, or safety concerns, you will receive:

  • A full refund, OR

  • The option to transfer to a future tour with a discount/credit applied.​

We are not responsible for additional expenses (e.g., flights, visas, accommodations, or personal costs) due to tour cancellations, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen events.

4. Health & Fitness Requirements

  • Our tours are designed for women 50+ who are in good health and active enough to participate fully in all tour activities, including moderate walking on uneven terrain and other physical activities.

  • You must be able to keep up with the pace of the group and participate in scheduled activities.

  • If you have medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or concerns, please inform us at least 30 days before departure.

5. Travel Documents & Compliance

  • You are responsible for securing necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas, health certificates).

  • Failure to obtain required documentation does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Infinite Vagabonds LLC is not responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, airline cancellations, or governmental actions.

  • By booking a tour, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

7. Conduct & Behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the group experience. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Changes to Itinerary

We strive to deliver the itinerary as planned but reserve the right to make necessary adjustments due to local conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.

9. Photography & Media Release

By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use photos and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please notify us in writing before the tour begins.

10. Tour-Specific Terms & Conditions

In addition to these general Terms & Conditions, specific terms and conditions apply to each of our tours. By booking a tour, you agree to the terms outlined in the tour-specific Terms & Conditions, including payment schedules, cancellations, fitness requirements, and other tour-specific information. Please refer to the individual tour pages for full details.

By booking a tour with Infinite Vagabonds LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
