Payment deadlines are strictly adhered to. If the final balance is not received by the due date, your reservation may be canceled, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

  • More than 75 days prior to departure: Full refund of the deposit.

  • 75–31 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price will be charged.

  • 30 days or less before departure: No refund (100% charge).

Cancellation by Tour Operator:

In the case that a minimum number of participants is not met for the tour, Infinite Vagabonds LLC reserves the right to cancel the tour. In this case, all payments made to-date, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

3. Travel Protection/Insurance

Travel protection or insurance is not included in the price of the Navajo Nation Tour. However, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

While travel insurance is optional, it is important to understand that by declining coverage, you assume the financial risk of any potential loss associated with your travel arrangements. You can purchase insurance through any provider of your choice.

4. Health & Fitness Requirements

This tour is designed for women 50+ who are in good health and active enough to participate in all scheduled activities. These may include moderate hiking, exposure to desert weather, and limited access to amenities.

Participants must be physically capable of handling moderate physical activity and be comfortable in remote settings. Please contact us before booking if you have concerns regarding your ability to participate.

5. Navajo Nation Tour – Special Considerations

The Navajo Nation Tour involves cultural and environmental guidelines that must be followed to ensure a respectful and enriching experience:

  • Cultural Respect: All participants must adhere to Navajo cultural protocols. This may include restrictions on photography or video in sacred areas.

  • Guided Tours: All activities will be led by authorized Navajo guides in accordance with tribal regulations.

  • Weather & Terrain: Be prepared for desert conditions including heat, dust, and occasional winds.

  • Permits & Fees: All entry permits for Navajo Nation locations are included in your tour price.

6. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By booking this tour, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved in traveling, including physical activities and exposure to desert conditions. Infinite Vagabonds LLC is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to personal property that may occur during the tour. All participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability before the tour commences.

7. Code of Conduct

To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we ask participants to:

  • Show respect for the Navajo culture, the guides, and fellow travelers.

  • Follow safety instructions from tour leaders and local guides.

  • Practice Leave No Trace principles during outdoor activities.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the tour without a refund.

8. Dietary Accommodations

While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, options may be limited in remote locations.

Please notify us at least 30 days before departure of any dietary restrictions.

9. Emergency & Medical Preparedness

Please note, medical services in remote areas may be limited. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may impact their participation. We strongly recommend bringing necessary medications and purchasing travel insurance that covers medical evacuation.

10. Changes to Itinerary

The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If changes occur, we will make every effort to provide an equivalent experience.

11. Packing List & Required Gear

A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking confirmation. Participants are expected to bring:

  • Sturdy hiking boots or walking shoes

  • Weather-appropriate clothing (hot desert days, cool nights)

  • Reusable water bottle (hydration is essential)

  • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)

Please note, failure to bring appropriate gear may limit participation in certain activities.

12. Transportation & Meeting Points

Participants are responsible for arriving at the designated starting location on time. Pickup/drop-off points and times will be provided before departure. Infinite Vagabonds LLC is not responsible for delays caused by flights, public transportation, or personal travel arrangements.

13. Group Size & Minimum Participation

This tour requires a minimum of 20 participants overall to operate. The total group size may exceed this minimum as it is a shared departure with other tour operators. Infinite Vagabonds LLC will strive to maintain a small-group experience within the overall tour group. If the minimum group size is not met, refer to the Cancellation by Tour Operator section for refund or rescheduling options.

14. Shared Departure with Other Tour Operators

This tour is a shared departure, meaning it may be operated in partnership with other tour operators. While Infinite Vagabonds LLC will strive to maintain a small-group experience within the overall tour group, participants should be aware that they may be joining travelers from other operators. The total group size will depend on the number of participants across all operators. Participants must adhere to the shared tour schedule and guidelines as set by the local guides.

15. Special Environmental Considerations

Participants must follow all sustainability and Leave No Trace guidelines to minimize environmental impact.

Certain areas of the Navajo Nation are fragile ecosystems. Please:
